Private AI consulting
Build something real with Brantley.
Bring the idea, workflow, or assistant you are ready to move forward. Work through it in a focused session with Brantley Brumley II and leave with a practical path you can act on. Brantley is also the author of Conducting the Code, the non-coder's guide to building real software with AI.
Work With Brantley
This is what building with AI looks like in practice.
Brantley works with people who have a real problem to solve — helping them turn lived experience, domain knowledge, and a rough idea into a practical next move.
- Bring the real thing. An idea, a workflow that keeps breaking, or an assistant you want to build. Rough is fine.
- Work it through live. A focused working session with Brantley — not a lecture.
- Leave with a path. A concrete next step you can act on this week.
The book
Conducting the Code
The non-coder's guide to building real software with AI. For years the first question was “Can I write the code?” Now the better question is “Can I clearly explain what needs to exist, guide the AI, test what gets built, and keep improving?” This book teaches that shift — a repeatable path from “I wish this existed” to a first working version.
The seven-step path
- Messy Idea
- Idea Brief
- PRD
- AI Builder Guide
- Build Room
- Inspect & Test
- Publish & Improve
What you will learn
- Turn a messy idea into a brief an AI can work from
- Write a PRD that actually gets built
- Guide an AI builder without becoming its hostage
- Inspect, test, and publish without panic
About Brantley
Built from real AI-building scars, not armchair hype.
Brantley Brumley II is the Chief AI Officer at the General AI Proficiency Institute (GenAIPI.org), where he helps organizations move beyond AI curiosity and into real, working AI systems. He has built and shipped mobile apps and games, founded MVP Launcher to help entrepreneurs turn ideas into working software, and created Jarvis, GenAIPI's internal AI agent connected to real business systems.
At GenAIPI he lives the same process he teaches in Conducting the Code: using AI as a strategic collaborator, pressure-testing ideas, building fast, and turning non-coders into capable AI-enabled builders.

Frequently Asked Questions
What happens in a consulting session?
You bring a real problem — an idea, a workflow, an assistant you want to build — and we work through it together. You leave with a clear next step, not a slide deck.
Do I need a tech background?
You need curiosity and domain context. If you know what problem you're trying to solve and you're willing to be exact about it, you have what you need.
Is this a coding book?
No. It is a conducting book. You will not learn Python syntax. You will learn how to write a PRD and guide an AI to write the Python syntax for you.
What tools do you use?
The book uses Replit as the primary build room because it’s the most capable sandbox right now. But the conducting framework works regardless of which tool is currently winning the AI hype cycle.
Where can I get the book?
Conducting the Code is live on Amazon now — you can grab the hardcover at amazon.com/dp/B0H2FCL77B. If you'd like a chance at a free copy, join the list for upcoming giveaway and book-signing announcements.
What is AI Book Access?
A Book Expert trained on Conducting the Code. Ask it questions about the book's process and get grounded answers with chapter citations. A free account includes 5 questions a month.
Is my email safe?
Yes. I use it for launch updates and practical resources. I don't sell it, and I don't send daily '10x your life' newsletters.
